DREAM CENTRE
The Dream Centre - St. Chads Park Youth Development Centre (YDC), located on the very edge of St. Chads Community Park and just off the local High Street, will be another purpose-built facility for the Borough’s young people aged 8 – 19, and up to 25 for those with special needs and disabilities.
It will not only transform young peoples lives & make a significant difference in the local area, but it will become a hub for shaping the future of many of our young men and women who may otherwise be involved or caught-up in crime and anti-social behaviour.
It aims to provide a safe and stimulating ‘chill-out’ space for young people as much as a careers training and personal development Centre for future generations to come.
Various activities will be taking place on different days and at varied times within the multiple zones in the facility. This is intended to ensure that various age groups, ability groups, and gender groups have the maximum opportunity to fully engage and enjoy themselves with the assistance and guidance of skilled and professional facilitators working in both paid and voluntary capacities:

The old and derelict Japan Road Community Centre is to be transformed into an ultra-modern Youth Development/Indoor Activity Centre in Chadwell Heath.
