Here at the RLC, we also hold many youth programs where youths can come in and learn about life, about careers and even about living a godly life, as we are a Christian Community. Additionally, we are building a youth centre next door to the RLC building where youths in the borough of Barking and Dagenham can come and do sports, arts and crafts, music and much more. The Dream Centre - St. Chads Park Youth Development Centre (YDC), located on the very edge of St. Chads Community Park and just off the local High Street, will be another purpose-built facility for the Borough’s young people aged 8 – 19, and up to 25 for those with special needs and disabilities.  
It will not only transform young peoples lives & make a significant difference in the local area, but it will become a hub for shaping the future of many of our young men and women who may otherwise be involved or caught-up in crime and anti-social behaviour.
It aims to provide a safe and stimulating ‘chill-out’ space for young people as much as a careers training and personal development Centre for future generations to come.
